At Spark Party Shop, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:

1. Returns Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items (such as balloons, party favors with names) are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description of the issue and photographs of the product.
• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will only be processed for items that are eligible for return and meet the return criteria.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for items of equal value, provided the item is in stock.
• To exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized/custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).
• For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
