1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items (such as balloons, party favors with names) are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description of the issue and photographs of the product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will only be processed for items that are eligible for return and meet the return criteria.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal value, provided the item is in stock.
- To exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized/custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).
- For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
